A CLEAR PATH TO SEND

From contact list
to conversation.

One workspace from your first import to the reply that needs your attention.

01 / PREPARE

Bring the people.
Make the message yours.

Upload your CSV or paste email addresses. Preview plain-text messages with your contact fields. An interrupted import can pick up where it left off.

02 / REVIEW

Set the pace.
Know what you’re approving.

Choose a daily ceiling and recurring sending window. Review recipient checks, sending credit and the first prepaid capacity period before you start.

03 / CONVERSE

Keep the context.
Handle the reply.

Read both sides of the conversation, classify replies and respond. Incoming replies stop automatic follow-ups; you decide what to say next.

COSTS WITHOUT GUESSWORK

Prepaid credit.
Reviewed commitments.

See current prices at review, with separate limits for sending, capacity and recipient checks. Approve the commitment before work begins.

Accepted sends
A separate price for sends accepted by the sending provider. Acceptance is not proof of delivery or a read.
Sending capacity
A separately priced prepaid period starts when committed. Renewal needs its own allowance. Pausing a campaign does not refund that period.
Recipient checks
Explicitly approved with a separate ceiling. Uncertain provider outcomes remain visible and may keep credit held.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few useful answers.

What do I need to create a campaign?

An audience CSV or email list and a plain-text message. You can save a draft first, then review checks, sending speed and costs. You do not need to buy individual domains or learn supplier settings.

Does pausing stop all charges?

Pausing stops future campaign dispatch, not already-begun work or prepaid capacity charges. Turn off renewal or release capacity to stop future renewal. Unused prepaid minutes are not automatically refunded.

What happens when stock or credit runs out?

The service reports a blocker rather than silently buying more. A preview is not reserved stock. Review the current operation and its credit or capacity state before making a new commitment.

Can I schedule the first capacity purchase for later?

Not yet. The first prepaid period starts at commitment. When your next sending window is later, save the campaign and return to review closer to that window. The browser does not schedule an unattended purchase.

Are replies automated?

You stay in control. Read, classify and reply from the shared inbox, or review a suggested reply and explicitly approve it. Assistance never sends autonomously. Owner notifications are separate from replies; their queue and delivery status stay visible.
