Startwave separates sending capacity, recipient verification and accepted messages. Create a draft first. The server presents the applicable terms before you authorize paid work.
Three usage components
Capacity: a reserved daily sending allowance for a 24-hour term. An active reservation can cost money while idle. Renewal is an explicit setting, not a campaign schedule.
Verification: checks recipients before admission. Catch-all and unknown results do not become permission to send.
Messages: accepted sending outcomes are metered. Provider uncertainty is held for reconciliation rather than silently retried.
Current beta is test mode
Stripe checkout currently uses test money. No live commercial tariff or subscription is offered on this page. The owner-approved pilot example is $0.24 per 15-send capacity block per 24-hour term, $0.02 per accepted message and $0.01 per verification at the pilot workspace's configured rate. Your server-issued review is authoritative; this example is not a live-price offer.
Unused capacity does not guarantee a refund. Pausing a campaign and ending capacity are different actions. Review renewal and outstanding work before leaving a reservation idle.
Limits are visible
Capacity depends on available qualified mailboxes. No available inventory, a blocked transport or a recipient exclusion can stop work. Startwave does not promise inbox placement, response rates or sales.
